on my hp u put the card in a slot and it pops up in the program automatilcally.....idk yours might be different

open up the front face of your computer ( the actual box not the screen) inside you should find a very small mexican man. hand him your camera he will know what to do. then go start>my computer>camera

plug it in via usb port. make sure its on. if all else fails try READING THE INSTRUCTIONS

easiest and best way is to go get a usb card reader.
