A little help

hey I'm looking for some new skis, I have it down to 4 but I don't know any who has rode them so, or I have never rode them. I'm 5'10" about 190lbs. live in Alaska, I ride everything but I like back country. I'm also looking into try out some heli, havn't yet but you got to start some were right. anyways the skis

Scott-P4
Volkl-Gotama
Armada-JP vs. Julien
money is not a problem. I also travel to the east coast for family and ski so I need somting that wont suck there.

Well, I got a pair of gotamas, and they rock everything except for hard pack. They kick on pow, crud, corn, even soft groomers, but on the hard pack in the east (where I'm originally from), they are hurtin' units. 104mm underfoot...what do you expect?

i would roll with the JP's...they're light and kill it in the pow.

I really like the p4's too...

jp's arent too good on anything but pow so id got with the bc's, most versitile

GOATS!!!! Probably not the choice if you spend time in the park, but they will kill everything on the mountain, float in the POW and for 100+ underfoot will hold an edge on the hard stuff. If money is not an issue I don't know why you would consider anything else.

ya bc works awesome for everything. Jp is alot of ski so its pretty much for pow. but if you live in alaska and have 36" powder days who knows?
