Depends. Big kinks and stuff are fun with boxes cause you can do lots of switch ups, but with rails they are more challenging and fun to do. I think a little of both is good.

rails... and boxes. Rails are more fun cause they actually take some sort of skill to clean. But then boxes are fun to spin onto and easier to switch up on and learn
