i have no idea what jibbing means, is it street skiing? like handrails?

not necessarily. jibbing can even be just like going of side jumps, you could say i was jibbing. i consider it just doing things on skis that freeskiers do and racers dont.

i consider jibbing to be not only grinding but like hitting a barrel bonk or something also, or just like messing around and buttering and what not.

anything other than traditional skiing or jumps. includes, hitting rails, barrel bonks, buttering, urban, tree stalls, etc. Usually involves some kind of item, known as a jib. aka, a rail, barrel, tree, board, pipe, etc
