I screwed it up

Okay so I used to be able to do a corked 720 on the trampoline but then i learned to lincoln loop on the trampoline. So every time i try to do a corked spin i do a lincoln loop instead. can u help me out with this

i did that with flat spins just dont whip yourself so much dont try to get too corked out or inverted
