Most of you know me and where I work. I was wondering what your opinion is on a few things. First we were considering the Brooks chair lift be made into the PArk LiFt. All of brooks park and everything to do with park a third pipe the kid park and pipe overthere and all of broadway park. we would try to ax the mid entrance and have what is the park now be intermediate to advanced stuff with the new expansion all intermediate to bigginer stuff. what do think? ideas? im welcome to any. The main reason to try and do this is to keep the beginners out of the park.
the problem with stevens park is all of the lines are spread out and none of them have a steady decline but all that would be hard to fix they need to close of the other part of brooks to the right of the net they could have a nice steady line there all the way back to the chair
Yeah, except then the park would basically divide the brooks chair into two runs, one park, one skiers left near the boundry, and you couldnt access that left run from anything but brooks. Plus, skyline would lose its easiest way down run, which I'm sure management would love.
Really, I love the park the way it is now, I could maybe see some other mini parks in different areas, but the basic setup right now is whats best for the terrain you have at Stevens. Albeit, the top park sucks, and losing speed on the first hit means you're fucked for everything else (its almost worth hiking your ass back up to try again). But yeah, all parks need better maintenance. But really, I would love the top park to be lit at night most of all. Night skiing at Stevens would be improved so much if there were jumps to hit when the out of bounds gets dark...
