I need help with my ipod

It just froze up on the DO NOT DICONNECT screen when i plugged it into my computer. but now i cant get to to turn off or charge or anything....
anyone know wat to do?? i could really uses some hlep

if its still plugged in your computer go to "my computer", right click on your ipod and eject it manually. if that is no good try holding the menu and center button to restart the ipods harddrive. let me know if that helped

hold the middle and menu buttons for at least 6 seconds to completely shut off the ipod
