so, as i am watching the snowboard superpipe, i can't come to understand why they get so much more hype than us. yeah, sure they've got sean white, but tanner, simon and peter are easily DOUBLING the size of the snowboarders air. To compare, you could put andreas hatviet in a snowboard comp and he would do great, not too big but super tech and he's not even podiuming in the skiing superpipe. well anyways, they have the SEMI's televised and they won't even show all of skiing finals.

ya i noticed that tonight watching the superpipe and the anouncers were like "wow look at the amplitude" and i was thinking to myself have they seen the skiers going out like 20 plus. but whatever i guess skiing is just not cool enough.

If my thread wasn't deleted it would have some reasons as to why skiing isn't as broadcasted as snowboarding, and other things.

The snowboarding slopstyle is so gay. It just doesnt have what skiing does. Almost all the airs a straight spins and its all hucked as hell. I wasnt impressed.
