How to cancel a paypal account

how do you cancel an account? completely delete and account. can you even do this?

click on the profile tab in your paypal page. then on the left side there is a link "close account". simple as that.

i had my moms credit card on it so i bought a couple things, after that i cancelled it cuz i knew if i didnt id have the urge and clean out her account with ski stuff
