ok well yesterday i was tryin to get the baskets off my poles and i tried putting it between my toes and pulling but in the process of doing so i think i tore a muscle in my toes cus now i cant stand on my toes without pain. They swelled up a lil but so i iced it and its still fucked. what do you guys think i did and how long do you think it will be fucked up i mean i can move them fine its just when i put my weight on my toes it hurts, also this is on the same foot that i JUST mended from a broken ankle, anyone ever do something like this like i mean i can walk i just cant thrust my left foot if ya dig and i can totaly ski idunno def not broken i just dont know wats up with this shit

but i really dont think its serious enuff to be like broken or spranged cus the swelling has gone down totaly so its not doctor worthy. i jsut cant stand on my toes
Why wouldn't you go to a doctor? Going to the doctor is not a big deal and think about it; standing on your toes is a basic maneuver that people can normally do, if you can't do it, there might be something wrong. If you couldn't lick your elbow anymore, I wouldn't worry about it, but standing on your toes is a pretty basic thing.
yea ill consider that but id rather go skiing with fucked up toes this weekend then go to the doctor cus this is my first weekend back from my injury were i can actualy ski
i just wanted to know if anyone had done anything similar so i dont have to go to the hospital again for ibuprfoin
yeah i know what you mean like with my broken ankle i walked on it for a week thinking it was a spraing but then it turned purpsys but its not swollen at all anymore so idunno man
ya know, some of us Americans do have health insurance so there isn't much of a need for universal health care for us if we want to go see a doc about a torn toe ligament.
Just see a doctor in case it gets worse. I thought I just hurt my ankle/heel a bit and kept on skiing for a week. Turns out I had mild?? tendinitis and was out for about 4ish weeks.
