Yeah, so I threw down 2 orders at the start of the week, for some sick Oakley stuff that I really need. I got axis pants from some board shop (only way to get my size/color) and they are on their way here now, they were shipped for next to nothing via standard express. I ordered the jacket, again axis, from backcountry.com, place is supposed to be as legit as it gets. I snuck 2nd day air shipping past my mom, and they aren't here yet, ordered Tuesday, never received an email they shipped yet. They did get an email from me, and if I dont get that back they will get a call. There, i just needed to vent.

go onto the site, and click on the chat with an expert thing. they will find your shippment and prob hook you up with a coupon of free shiping (refund what u payed)

yeah i say call em up or do the chat thing. theyre real helpful at backcountry and they should hook you up. also when you choose a shipping option that usually means how long it will take to ship once your order has been processed and sent out which could take a few days if the item is out of stock or there is a problem at the warehouse.

I got an email back with a number and shit saying they'll get back to me when somebody knows what the fuck is goin on. I just got the pants, right when i expected and they are dope so i guess im happy but yeah

It was in stock, I checked. I got another email back, almost immediately. They said they were sorry about my order, I guess it got mixed up. They shipped it out today via UPS Next Day Air Saturday and they should be here tomorrow, I also received the tracking code. I knew they were a legit shop. you cant blame them really, shit happens, how they handle it counts for just as much.

exactly, when a store screws up its all about how hard they work to make it right and in that aspect BC excells in my opinion.

I would agree, the actually rushed my jacket to me, I got it this morning, it woke me up, less than 12 hours from my contacting them, and apparently it had not yet shipped.
