I have a pair of old enemies that I want to lend a friend this weekend since he doesn't have skis. They are fine except the front tip has split in half a little bit. I rode them a few times like this, but was just wondering if anyone had any quick suggestions. They are spit about an 1 inch down, so glue doesn't work. Thanks for any help.
Epoxy and a rivet or two should fix them for a while. One of my pairs of skis delamed on the tails and I riveted them and have had no problems with ~30 days of riding since.
i got mine from a local ski shop, i just took my skis in showed them the prombllem and they said theyd fix the next day i picked em up and they were all rivited up! so i would check around the shop ask the people who work in the back
how old are the ememies...pes come with rivets for the last4 years or so to prevent just what happened to you, 3 in the tip and one in the tail...but duct tape and glue should keep them together for a fey days
