has anyone here ever had enough of a problem with a parent to completely cut them off? I just went through it and let me tell you, if you can avoid it, do so.

what happened man?? ive gotten to the point where (we were drivin home) i got out of the car about 2.5 miles from my house and told them i'll walk from here becaus i cant stand their bullshit. i didnt talk to them for a few days after that.

well my story is long, but the short of it basically my dad got pissed at me for something that he knows was entirely his problem...so he decided not to pay his half of my tuition anymore, while my mom and i already struggle to pay it...i tried to set things strait with him but he pretty much didn't listen so that's the end of it

dude almost the same shit happened with me. My mom pays a third my dad pays a third and i pay a third. Then my dad just says he cant afford it anymore. Yet he still get a brandnew mountain bike and skis this year and is going out west to ski.
