How to change oakley wisdom lenses

I need to know how to change the lenses becaus ei cant figure it out and i need to put the clear lenses in so i can actualy see at night because i have been skiing at night like every day and i cant see at all when i have the goggles on.
Also What other lenses are good for night skiing?

just firmly grasp the top/bottom of the goggle frame, and pull. its a helluva challenge to get out, but its supposed to be.

are you kidding me. thats like the darkest lens they make. i change to my high yellow when it gets too dark but the fire is awesome for anything else.
oh ya just pull on the frame a bit and the lens pops out. put the new one in from the nose piece and work from there. should only take 30 seconds.
