Man, CNN correspondent just brought up a good point. After Bush said "please give the new iraq plan a chance to work" he immediately followed it with "Please support our troops on the field and those on there way," therefore making it necessary for the dem's, including Pelosi, to stand up and clap (because of the second line). Soundbites from the night will now have the dem's applauding what seems like the new Iraqi plan. Tricky.

ugh i saw bernie sanders on tv today and in school yesterday. i cant believe he was allowed in my school to do what he did. he sat there and said that
1. bush was the worst president ever
2. we went to iraq because of 911
3. we had no reason to go to iraq
4. impeaching bush might be a good idea
5. we went to iraq for oil
i cant believe he can come ito a high school and give this speech to non-voters, some of these kids are only 14.

His ratings in the polls are the same as Nixon's ratings in the polls after the Watergate scandal. That's not very good, whether he's actually doing a bad or good job is irrelevelant, I won't even say my opinion because frankly, it doesn't matter because I can't vote yet anyway (1 more year).
