Okay so i have been a tramdock buyer for about 2 years now and not to much has gone wrong... but know i am pissed. so i decided to buy the joystick spicolli sr. pole- 120 cm and i got it in the mail today and i was stoked. i took the poles out and still didnt notice a thing. but then i look at the other pole. Yeah it was bent... and im talking about a hardcore bent. so i offically have came to say FUCK tramdock.

so you have bought stuff from them for 2 years and the second one thing gets bent in shipping you just decide the company is shitty, get mad at joystick for making a week pole if your going to get mad at anybody, which you should not, just call up tramdock and say that one of the pole's was bent.take pictures of it too, and when you talk to them don't be offensive becuase it was not their fault. they will probably have you ship the bent one back with a label theat they will email you and then they will ship a new one too you.

and you should only get mad at a company like tramdock if they don't ship it, or won't let you return it for a new one. becuase right now you are only making your self look like a whining bitch.

I bet you hate KISS too.  I really have no input for this thread except to agree with everybody that called you a whiny bitch.  There is no way Tramdock can completely eliminate shipping damage, and if you expect them to you should really consider just buying locally.

yo dude i worked for them, call them back and say it was bent, theyll pay for shipping back to them and send u a brand new pair probably over night. just call them and theyll fix it
