Im wondering which ski i should get motherships or arv's. I ski half and half, park and all mountain, im an aggressive skier and im 6'0" and 200lbs which ski would be better for me?
your probably wanting to go with the 182 moships that are 97 underfoot i beleive and the 185 ARV is 95 underfoot....both will kill it in pow for sure but im not sure about jibs.... i ride 172 moships with a 90 waist....fun in the pow... and such a light jib stick and good for stomping landings.... moships are really light and pretty soft... ARV's i've flexed and are super soft....so if your a master on rails go with the moships cause mine are so versatile i love them... best ski i ever bought
Ahahah, yes, this guy is right, I think what rollindeep was trying to ask was the running length though, because all twin tips ski shorted than they are, unless they are K2 cause K2 measures running length.
AR6 better for all-over cause it's stiffer, but it depends on what kind of flex you like on your skis and what kind of snow you ski on, the ARV is a soft ski, but very capable nonetheless. The Motherships are a sick ski too though, depending on the year, they made Flite and Titanium models, the Flite is lighter with more pop, the Titanium version is heavier and stiffer...so again depends on what kind of flex you like. If I were you I'd get the Mothership Flite in 182 if you can find it.
