Replying to Shop messed up!

so i got my new skis mounted up. it finally snowed. i went outside. i start to lean forward to get up on my tips, and i eject out of my bindings. the front and rear din retention settings are where they need to be. i cant go skiing today, and have to wait until thursday for the guy to be in that can fix them. they said that they ran tests when they mounted them, so they are going to run them again.

thats bullshit. can someone tell me how they messed up.
