i was wondering if anyone could help me out. i just bought a pair of the now foils and i simply wanted them center mounted. but of course when i ask the jackasses at my local shop for core center, they laugh at me like im some sort of poser.
anyways, i dont know if hes right but the guy who i mounted my skis with, told me that if i went any further forward, the front screws would be screwing into nothing but the foam core because the mounting plate didnt go that far forward. the last 4 pairs of skis i have bought, have been mistakes because there seems to always be a problem with just getting them in the center for some reason or another, i think its just the fags that work at skjeersaas always trying to tell me that center mount skis like shit anywhere but the park. i literally have to justify why i want center mount to those guys , but they still mount them like 5 cm back every time. i am getting really sick of this and i am just wondering how hard it is for you guys to just get a pair os skis mounted exactly how you want them? so yeah im 5'6" incase you need to know, 130 lbs, some input from anyone would be great on what the hell i should do. im not trying to bitch but im sick and tired of looking like a gaper with no tails!! i also just love the feel of core center you know?, is there anything wrong with that?
