So another great decision was made in out nation the other day. It is officially legal for homosexuals to marry each other and become a legal couple.

that makes me sick personally. The only province not accepting this is Alberta i think. Thank god at least once province is still heading in the rigth direction

im not religous but im against the marriage of gays. marriage is about family and a man and a women loving each other and its always been like that, its like changing the difenition of a word in the dictonary to something else you can't just do that, give it another name or something, i know they must love each other but do they really need to marry each other? they can't have kids with each other and it doesnt change their title really so whats the point, all they want to do is get more in the publics face and try to change stuff as much as possible

I honestly dont think they should be married either, its unnatural. If a judge or someone married them i guess it wouldnt be TOO bad. But I am still totally against same sex marriages. Marriage under the law isn't goverened by any religion, it has no religious bearing at all.

It's a basic human right for everyone living in canada, but it used to be a right that everyone except certain people that were born different.

not allowing gays to marry is the equvilant of not allowing two people that have a genetic difference.. like downsindrome to marry.

Though you can be against gays in every way, you have to agree that limiting ones basic human rights based on a genetic difference, or 'genetic fault' as some of you might say, is closeminded.

If you're so dead set on using the bible to set your moral code then you should probably re-read the new testiment.
