I know that you are a better skier than me and one of the pioneers of our sport, but just b/c someone does go as high doesn't mean their run was worse. According to you just b/c dumont goes higher than everyone he should win, it is not all about amplitude. I personally thought Mike Riddle had a better run, but then there was mide d saying well "he is not going high enough". It is not all about amplitude.

i dont mind mike douglas but i agree that riddle had a better run, 1080 in the middle vs the end is a huge difference, not to mention he still went pretty big and had a super smooth run

i thought mike riddle had a better run than simon and Candide and Peter would have done better than simon if they put their runs together. Candide's was so smooth

Mike douglas is right, amplitude is deff. important, dumont goes easily 5/10 feet higher than the others but yes, u are right riddle had a SICK run but i would say dumont earned it
