i ordered lss from then like 3 weeks ago and i still havent gotten it. anybody else have this problem?
and how do i track my order from the order number?

yea it seems like with big orders like skis and stuff they're ok, but when it comes to shirts and movies they are super unreliable...

i bought LSS and got it one week later.

I also bought an Armada hoodie from them and got it in like a week and a half.

no problems with either of them.

I've been lucky and actually got stuff from them before, but I will no longer shop with them.

The Better Business Bureau gives them a F rating.  Here is the explaination from the BBB's website:

" We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."

actually.....hmmm. Maybe I will make a thread about this.

If everyone who has been fucked over by Getboards would fill a complaint with the BBB it could serious put some pressure on getboards.  There are a lot of people who have been fucked over by them and I see no reason not to fuck them back.

i ordered 3 t-shirts once and they came on time or earlier, I try to stay away from them though, and support my local shop or get stuff from better websites.

yeah i ordered like 5 shirts from them got 2 emailed em and they said they were outta stock but they didnt charge them but then again i got some fs wrs's with look px12 jib bindings in 3 days but it was priority mail

Man it saddens me to hear about all these people who get fucked by Getboards, it really sucks. Seems like I am one of the few people who has had good experiences. I have bought two pairs of Armadas from them and got sick nasty deals like at least 150-200 bucks cheaper than anywhere else, and they arrived super fast. When I called Tyson at Armada he said that Getboards was like down the street from Armada HQ so they are able to offer good deals or something...

Anyways, I would just start bugging them if you haven't gotten your stuff yet, you gotta get on peoples asses sometimes. If it still doesnt help tell them to refund your card or however you chose to pay, and buy your stuff somewhere else.

my friend ordere the level 1 7 pack including lss and he ordered that in october. he just got it, but the 7 pack only had 4 videos in it, which didnt include lss. hes pretty pissed.
