im thinking bout getting the canon rebel xt and i was wondering if any1 out there likes it or has any suggestions

canon makes sick products!! i've got the digital eos rebel and i love it. so much better than my nikon.

Canon still seems the way to go...newer rebels definitely are plenty good sensor-wise, auto focus, and low light. A used 20D is sweet to get the 5 photos per second and better build quality. Regardless the newer rebels are fine, just don't go cheap on your lenses...sucks, huge money but if you ever plan to get real high end shots, I can't recommend good lenses enough, especially the "L" ones. Plus you keep the lenses if you upgrade within canon cameras etc...have fun...

Look around for a used 20d.  The higher the fps the better for sequence shots.

ya i know.. i think im gonna snag that for lke 499 and im going 2 utah soon so it should be killer.
