Skiing Switch...

Any mountain i go to i always get shit for skiing switch out of the park, anywhere, some ski patrol or lifty questions me/"repremands" me and i really cant talk back because i dont feel like getting my pass clipped, but the stupid gappers are causing more harm then me

grouse don't give a shit about anything...  i saw some kid built a booter on some black run over this trail and landing a bit further down the run and ski patrol saw it, didnt give a shit. then later on in the day some patrollers tried it themselves hhahahahaha

My sister and me were skiing switch out through the exit of the park, ski patrol wnet off at us. Just kept skiing to bottom of the hill got out of bindings, started to abuse the shit out of them walked across car park put duct tape over our number plate and drove off.
Now i cant wear my favourite at jacket anymore incase the see me. HAHAHA

every year I go to bromont, they always have those night where you can ski until 2 A.M, every year I take this beginner run, I go switch of course, every year the patrollers stop me , always at the same place, just outside a curve in the run. Last year coming to that curve i knew they were there, and last I simply didn't stop when they yelled at me.I'll go back next year and I'm 100percent sure they will be at the same exact place. That was my little story on switch and patrollers.

Ski patrol at my hill get really angry when we ski switch ANYWHERE! They are all older, and tell us that, "Skiing is made for relaxation and recreation, not this extreme garbage you and your friend are doing. Ski properly, or we will have to remove your ticket". I got 2 strikes on mt season pass, one of them for skiing switch.

One time, this old lady ski patrol comes up to me, and tells me to act mature and stop riding backwards before I hurt someone. I proceeded to tell her that I ski switch better than 80% of the skier at the hill ski forwards. I also let her know that "snowboarders ride switch all the time, and you cant tell. Until you start repremanding them for doing it, screw off!"

the ski patrollers at my mountain are insane

seriously they bomb every single run. One time these snowboarders were building a jump right after a hairpin turn on a trail, and there were a ton of kids sitting right in the middle of the trial. Two ski patrollers come bombing down the hill, and fly through the kids like race gates.

ive never been yelled at but if i did i wouldnt take any of it. thats just fucking rediculouse. its not out fault if we got more skills than the patrol skiiers haha

yea i hate getting bitched out for skiing switch, most of the time were better then the ppl skiing normal its really not a big deal. the only time ive ever seen anyone run into someone else while skiing switch was me and i was coming around a corner on a beginner trail and was switching what sholder i was looking over and hit this guy, he was like what the fuck dude but i helped him get his ski back on and it was all good, its no big deal accidents happen foreward or backward thats just part of skiing

i wants skied away from a patroller after jumping of a chair lift and when i went to go put my skis in my locker he grabed me by the arm and explaind to me why not to jump... and took my pass away :(

one time there was the race team practicing their gates, and i bombed through switch and did all their racer gates ahahah
when i got to the bottom the coach started yellin at me and saying he was going to get my pass pulled, but then i whipped out my pass and i was like, "instructor, bitch"
only good time being an instructor though

Haha, that reminds me. I got removed from my highschool ski team for not being serious. In one of my races (jason, you may have saw it) On on of the last gates I popped around switch, and crossed the finish line switch. My coach flipped out, and I placed like 44th overall.

Long story short, I really hated racing, especially on centre mounted t-halls.

At my tiny local mountain, i work as an instructor. Every saturday morning, we always take a few runs to wake up and shit, first ones out there. Its real funny when your boss is standing at the bottom, and she can see the whole mountain because its really small. And all of a sudden, 20 kids all come flying over the hill, a few flying switch, some just going straight down, and the others just dickin around. We get to the bottom and she flips out saying how we should be good examples of our students and that we have to carve and not go straight down. So, its second run and there's 20 kids going real slow, loooking like dicks. And me and my buddy switch carving all over the mountain. She tried to tell us that wasn't turning.... yeah. we just went to the park


i got yelled at at Mount Snow for skiing switch trying to get to the pipe. So ghey.

1 time i was bombin sm trail switch and i just lost m edge or smthing and my ski just came off and i like kept going cuz i couldnt stop it was soo scary. aste it soo bad. stupid cheap bindings
