Crowbar lense and strap

I was wondering how you take the lense and strap out of the crowbars, i dont want to try without knowing because i dont wanna break my goggles. any advise would be appreacated.

to take the lens out start at the top and just pull the gogs are really flexible so they wont break...and then its really easy to pop the arms for the strap...and when u put the lens back in start at the nose and snap it back into place
