my grand pappy used to hold the washington state record, i don't know if it still stands but he was insane at all track anf feild events.

we don't do it at our school, but if we did, i'd totally do it. last year during high jump practice, i learned wall flips, and even wall front flips. sooo fun

my sister wanted to vault but my dad told her she had to wear a helmet if she wanted to. needless to say, she decided to do the triple jump instead.
