Im looking for a good inexpensive digital video camera, preferably around or less than $400, im not looking for anything to amazing just something with good enough quality..... any suggestions would be good, thanks

get a canon zr60 online somewhere cheap. look around and you should be able to find a site.

Definetely go with a canon. Probably the ZR40. I think thats their cheapest camera. Your gonna be hard pressed to find too many for around 400 though. Most are atleast 500.

do the zr40 and 60 come with the hardware to transfer footage from the camera to the computer?
