My mom had a baby on friday the 13th. The baby died 13 months later after being on life support for most of his life. My mom also almost died giving birth.

Something along the lines of "I was born with lung cancer and a brain tumor.  My spleen ruptured while having neurosurgery and I had to have both feet and one hand amputated.  On top of all that, my mom died while giving birth."
