nah trust me man they dont. they just tell you to do stuff, so many kids die there
momentum is the way to go with way better coaches

he doesnt ? wow, i would have expected him to be a good coach. i guess it takes skill to coach and not just skiing skills.

alright so ill actually give a useful post
high north is sick. the kids are chill, and the park is epic. its way chill always. you dont even have to go skiing if you dont want. the coaches arent really like coaches, they are just killing it to keep everyone excited about skiing. they will help if you ask for it though. they do things like rail jams and stuff every day. their are more serious skiers, but all abilities go. a lot of repeating campers also. if you repeat you get to know all the coaches and kinda make friends with them. everyone is stoked on everyone elses skiing and its just chill. you also get lunch right at the mountain and its always really good.
ive never been to momentum but had a friend their one year so spent alot of time there. momentum is a more traditional camp. you go and get signed in and make friends and go skiing every day. their are more kids, so i guess that could be more fun. its less chill. they guard the doors every night so you cant go out. they have a trampoline, so thats fun. the park isnt as good, but its still not bad. you wont get to know your coaches as well, and as someone said, it is more of a coaching vibe. lunch is crappier and takes mre time to get to. more more beginner oriented. they dont have many really good skiers. every session high north get skids that are able to ski with the coaches.
overall high north is better. maybe im just biased but i think that was pretty accurate

both camps have coaches that are payed to coach. the difference is that high north is more of a big jam session. you can see every feature from everywhere int he park, so its kinda different from a tradtitional park. but if you ask for coaching ur gonna get it. but you have to be a bit more determined so that you dont just end up sitting at the tent or going down early
All times are Eastern (-5)
