Take more momentum into the rail, like spinning momentum, and just commit to turning your shoulders, pop, and spot the landing back onto the rail. Practice a lot on boxes then take to rails.

try to keep your hands down. especially if you are siwtching up from flat to down. its crucial to spot the rail right away.

Practice doing BS 270 off then doing it sooner and sooner on the rail and soon your skis will hit the very end of the rail and just keep doing it sooner until you acctually do it in the middle of the rail

position your body as if you were grinding uphill but keep ur head pointing downhill. when you turn your head you should be able to use the momentum to get ur body around

do it on a nice low box that isn't at too much of a down angle. It's all about balls and commitment.
