Canon XT vs. XTi

can anybody tell me if its worth it to get the XTi instead of the XT. i know the XTi is faster and has a larger LCD screen. is it worth spending the $200 to get the XTi?

have you tried/ felt the canon series

i personally find the build quality on the xt to low and too small

i personally like the XTi and i would say that if you have the extra 200 bucks to spend then go for it, but i dont think it would kill you to just have the XT

get the xt and use your saved money for lenses.

that's what I'd do. or if you have the extra $200, try to find a used 10D or 20D instead of the XT series

I agree with the used d20. Someone i know just sold one for 850CANADIAN with a 1gb CF card and a crappy lens. But still.... Deals like that aren't hard to find

i have the xt. havent had it long but from what i have used its sick. i wouldnt worry about the xti.
