dunno if anyone else has these but that piece of plastic that goes all the way out of the front part of the binding to the back looks like its gonna break ... whats it for does anyone know if i should take it off or somn

It would mean another remount, but if you are going in that direction i would suggest new binders.

Risers aren't 'bad', but for park skiing, they heighten you canter of gravity, making things harder. Risers are beneficial on groomers die to the fact that they give you more edge control. If i were you, just ski on them till that thing breaks, then remount/get new binders. And remounting skis isn't bad until after 3-4 mounts. Core gets weak then.
Just my opinion.

i had no idea and they said they knew what to do for twin tips.
im a noob, but im gonna go out and thrash those things... maybe do a few tricks while im at it

It wouldn't be a remount if you took the risers off, all they would have to do is put the binding back on with shorter screws. If it was an actual remount you would have to drill new holes in the ski, but in this case you don't.
