what do you do when you want to take a screen shot of a moving image(movie) because i want to take a picture of something im watching on "windows media player" and when i hit printscreen and then did past on paint it actually showed the video as it was playing, except i was watching it from paint.
download VLC player. It's one of the best video player and you can take screen shot of what your watching... Also if you have to take a lot of screenshot you can use software like MWSNAP. It faster, you can take just what you need on the screen and then save it as a picture or simply paste it in word or excel or whatever your using.
well i clicked pause on the thing, took the screen shot, put it on paint then saved, then i uploaded it to photobucket and the whole screen was normal except where the acyuall video screen was it was all black
ok if it's dvd that you can read on a dvd player then its tricky. First you have to use something like WINAVI to rip the movie in your computer. Then you bring every piece (each avi files you just create) together using Virtual Dub.
