go to boulder instead, though camelback probably is better in the plain trail aspect, if you want park go to boulder

If you are buying lift tickets and mostly interested in park don't wate your time there. Drive an extra 20 minutes to Big Boulder. Check out the NorthEast regional forum, you will find a ton of info on BB and nothing on CB.. what does that tell you? BTW - we have passes to both.. IF the weather holds they might have a nice pipe in another week. They only have a weak beginner park that gets trashed early right now.

he just told you, and the other guy said the groomed trails are probably better than big boulder.

Not bad. None of the trails are difficult at all. Groomers are okay. Park was shit when i was there a few weeks ago. 3 butter boxes, one tiny grooved out kicker

Oh and the people in yellow jackets are volunteer patrollers. watch out because they are dicks. Pull lift tickets left and right for skiing in the trees. They make you watch a movie to get it back

yea as nick said its pretty mellow theirs not enughf steep to have a nice landing at all and the beginners always land about 3ft after the lip n then pizza down the landings makeing it just one giant divit or ditch its pretty hard to get good park days up her in pa either hard or so soft that the lil kids ruin the landings but boulder does a good job at keeping shit good but because ur going to cammelback its not that amazeing but they got a lil pipe most of the terrain is mellow and not steep hope that answerd some of ur questions even tho i got off topic

How is camelback compared to what? Be more specific.
The scenery is just beautiful and the rangers keep everyone safe. And there is these lifts that go really fast. The cafeteria food is great. The lifties are helpful and ski patrol attentive. Rentals are a breeze and the instructors are skilled with teaching beginners. You should have an awesome time there.

Yeah the fukig tourists kill the features. Atleast the park crew works all day to keep what they have alive. I always have idiot people ask me why the jump is closed. Its because assholes like you fuck it up and they need to fix it

it's not toward you... This is a freestyle skiing website. I had really high hopes for CB this season. as far as park goes. CB sucks in comparison to all resorts in our area. Don't take it personally. sorry.

shut up. you are just trying to get bb attention.
anyway, the new pipe is gonna be the best in the poconos, and when the rhodo park opens, (this friday along with the new pipe) they have some killer rails and decent sized jumps.
hope that helped

Yeah, Splooshie's right. My school goes there every Friday. I think that Camelback has really good runs, probably the best around, but the park isn't anything... yet. Once Rhodo opens it should be pretty kick ass; they poured a shit-ton of money into it.
