Does anyone fall forward on rails? I never see people fall head first, but last week I was hitting a rail and my front ski cought an edge and threw me head first. I hurt my shoulder pretty bad, so I wanted some advice on how to prevent that. And I can't just lean back other wise I will slip out. Anyone know what I'm saying?
