Hey all
I'll be moving to Canada Whistler BC in september 07.
Do any of you guys work at whistler BC that can get me some work... like working in a board store or something.
I'm from Australia and thought i would try asking around on NS cause everyone seems to be pretty helpful.
I plan to stay for 6-8 months even longer depending on the work.
Thanks,
Mitch

i would check the regional threads, the schould have some more info for ya. If you have some certifications then your almost garenteed a job ( ski tech, ski patrol, ski instructor, etc).

Intrawest loves australians, I'm sure they'll get you some sort of job realllll fast.
If you're from the west coast, don't go to whistler, you'll hate the rest of the australians there. If you're from Melbourne, Adelaide, etc, you'll fit right in!

yea. Turns out whistler is like 30% australian. Why is everyone migrating there? If you're from perth, go somewhere else. Cause we all know the quokka loving folk are better anyways. :)

Jobs in Whistler are a dime a dozen, It's extremely easy to find work depending on when you arrive, worry about where your going to live, not work...
All times are Eastern (-5)
