I used to play that game SO long ago. I can't figure out why I ever quit. Oh yeah, it was the 10$ a month thing. I'm still down, such a fun game.

i bought it but it doesnt worked its fucked and they wont let us send it back but i dont think i woulda played n e way becausa the monthly charge y would u pay just to play a computer game thats just stupid

It's actually not that stupid. Being a designer myself, I can fill you in a bit on why companies charge monthly.
It's not like we just release the game and then collect millions every month from you suckers.
90% of the money made on the monthly fees goes to maintaining and paying for the servers, and also paying the design team to keep providing unique content for gamers every month.
Actually I'd say almost ALL of it goes to paying for bandwidth use, and keep the servers online.
Anyway why doesn't the game work for you? Maybe I can help a bit.

k well i bought it and just after i install it goes to the start screen rite and it jsut doesnt work, i tried like evry trouble shoot and called whole bunch of people but it just wont work i basically changed my whole comp and if all the money goes to maitenance than how does warcraft three work online? without us paying, ive played tons of online games like wow nd none of them charge monthly but i did hear that wow is like the most amazing game evr from some of my friends but no offence it is kinda nerdy u have to admit but its till fun i admit too
