i kinda have the same problem but recently i think ive got it...especially if the gap to get on it is bigger focus on putting your down the rail if not you slide out...and that doesnt feel too good either haha
yup, just more weight on front foot, and be square with the rail, like your whole body tilted with the rail. Bend your knees and have your legs maybe a bit farther apart. Its weird but really not that much harder
also, if it is an ollie on like urban setup. try not to step on with one foot, some people seem to do that(ehem maple leaf) and it can be harder. still come off both feet just like a regular rail. and like he said^^ either do it or don't
when you're starting out widen your skis out and you will have much better balance and not slide out at all. same thing used to happen to me but when i started spreading my legs out wider i almost never slid out. and eventually your legs will naturally begin to come closer together.
