Burgandy and Maroon

Are these pretty much the same color, or no?

I say they are. Fuck, they're both a shade of dark red.

AND maroon is not a purpley color.

NO NO NO NO! what a stupid topic! maroon is lighter and has a pruple tint, while burgundy is darker and richer in red.
