On the way to the mountain last week I was passed out in my car and my friend was driving cause i was hungover as shit. I guess in the middle of silent rock my friend shook me and I looked up and said what dude? he started laughing and then I noticed I was in silent rock and got pissed. So at the end of the day nothing had really gone wrong so we decided to ski down god's wall for the last run because we parked in hrm.
We hike to the top and look down and it looks sick but the first like 20 feet is just a sheet of ice. So my two friends just slide down the ice and get to the top of that little cliff thing and then i go down. I'm a good skier but when i was trying to turn on the ice my skis just slid out because my edges have gone to shit. I started sliding and it didnt really occur to me that anything bad was gonna happen cause i was almost to the powder. Then my ski caught and i fuckin flew over the top of my skis, both came off and i started a fuckin death fall down gods wall. I flew off the cliff and cracked my helmet on the rocks below and then continued to fall for at least 150 feet. It was terrifying i was trying to bearhug little trees and shit to stop myself but I couldnt and i was falling at like 25 mph. I finally stopped and my friend who was only like 20 feet down the run hiked up and grabbed my shit..Nothing really got fucked up except I had a bunch of scrapes on my face and back and shit but this still shows that silent rock is the truth so don't talk during it haha. and cass if you read this i'm going to run you over with my car
