well, first you put your skis on, then you start skiing, then you put your weight either forward or backwards and that should bend your ski and there you go! its eassssy. on a rail though its harder. you have to lean forward for a nose press and keep balance and for tail press i find it even harder. you have to bend back but dont bend back too much or you will fuck up.
i think it would be a little easier to do a nosepress then a tail press because u are leaning forward and its prolly a little easier to maintain ur balance but i havent really done either of them ive tried nosepresses and have started to try to learn them but it seems a little more natural then a tail press
go at the jump slightly to one side and jump on then kinda slide it semi normally and then hop back kinda and lean foward really hard and use the searchbar
