ata claims their name every chance they get on newschoolers, to me thats not very legit.. 4 bi 9 is a way more legit group of kids than ata will ever be.. and the crew battle would not work, not everyones mommies will pay for them to go "battle" another crew around the country

hahaha, dude, 4bi9 claims so much harder than ata does, dont get it twizted.  you guys use NS as your own hype machine, and thats all you are,  you claim ur just a group of friends, and then you claim its a company too. sure you have some good park riders, but park riding is really not that fucking hard mang, there are alot of good skiers out there, get over yourselves.

Actually we are a group of friends and we also are a production company. Whats wrong with being friends with all the kids you ski and film with. In my opinion that is how you put out a better movie.

Hey jackass, I never said that the ATA crew wasnt rich because we basically are, but that doesnt matter. AND we dont act the same way as you 4X9 kids because we are not from the gheto of VERMONT like you, so we dont try to act like gangsters. i dono. I dont have anything against 4bi9 really, the skiing is illl, but ATA kids look like way more fun to be around. But i dont know either of the groups. soo i'm not the one to say.

are you even in the 4X9 crew because it says your from vermont and everyone else is from Utah. And it is logical to assume your rich because you ski and skiing is one of the most expensive sports to be involved in, so i cna assume that you are at least in the middle class.

weve never said shit on you. and were not "rich". i know almost all of us including myself work a job every winter so i can pay for skiing, yeh my parents help support me for school and shit but if i want new skis i buy them, i want a season pass i buy it.  and watch some of the recent edits? i dont see any gangsterness, i see rap music, does that mean were gangster no? maybe if your to dumb to realize the first few were over done because its a, whoa big word here, might wanna read this twice. JOKE. dont take yourself to seriously buddy because we dont. just ski and have a good time and stop trying to start shit

Yeah.... I don't see the reason for any conflict either..... and I think 4bi9 played it's cards pretty well. Pre season we released all those whack edits with absurd thug music and gangsterness to the (n)th degree....... It got the name out, and now when it's time to be legit, we got some legit stuff.

You can't say one crew is better than the other. ATA has their trains...... 4bi9 has urban..... whatever.

Ohhh, and I'm hardly "rich" by any means. I have to work 20 hours a week, go to college more than that, drop $800 on ski passes, ski equipment (beacon, shovel, probe, etc.) school loans, fuel, travel, and still find time to ski. Not rich my any means.... i'm sorta bustin my ass to try to have fun.

Anyways, I don't see what the big deal is either. Lots of people here seem to not know what they are talking about, and try to call out the other for it.

ATA and 4bi9 post hype in about the same quantities. What does that matter? team updates are hype, posts that people post about companies and riders are hype.... why is it such a big deal? Both the ATA and 4bi9 want to share shit they do with everyone here.  It's cool to watch, lots of people enjoy it.

In my opinion, and remember: this is justtt my opinion,  ATA has a larger group of riders with more even skill, and they rip. We have a smaller group of skiers, but overall a little more diverse in the type of skiing we do (now that we are all in Utah, obviously it was a little harder before), and AJ Dakoulas and Andrew Napier just SLAY editing... BTBH had some sick skiing, but it left some things to be desired. There wasn't that much creative process going on.

How about everyone just stop hating for no reason. It's allright to hate for a reason, but not when there isn't one

I just watched the November thing by 4bi9 and the Train vid & Beyond the Bunny Hill trailer by ATA, and I must say, ATA slays 4bi9 from what I've seen. Even though the music sucked, I enjoyed that trailer more then a lot of Ski Porn. And the train was amazing, such a feel good video.

Its good but not that good. I've seen way sicker stuff from kids around here. I mean you have to understand, on the east coast snow is a rariety most of the time so you have to work with what you have.

The skiing community needs more attitude like this. I'm sick of seeing stupid rivalries between "crews" for pointless shit. We're all enjoying the same sport, why not be chill about it.

I'm sick of seeing stuck up kids at the mountain who won't talk to anyone but their crews because they think they are above everyone else. People need to start getting over themselves and realize somebody is better than they are.
