mammoth is never bad. ever. even when there is no snow, it is still good. Its just the level of good we are talking about here...

tahoe doesnt have much snow but we do have snow were getting a big storm on thur and fri tho with a clear weekend it shuold be good stuff

wtf, heavenly has the most runs open is the basin or something like that.
and since Vail resorts owns a ton of stuff ( like heavenly ) they probley own something near timberline ( dont know where that is )

it's really not that bad in the tahoe and mammoth area. There's enough snow for parks and storms are pushing through every 7-10 days right now. Just not epic like the last few years.

Mammoth's ok, but really not good yet. The upper areas are VERY rocky, many of the chutes are not even doable yet. Seasons like this show you just how much rock you ski over.
