Doctors note

if anyone has the issue of SKIER mag, thenyou know about the doctors note inside. has anybody ever used one?? im actually thinking of it lol. looks legit. maybe a little bit o editing will make it profesh. anyways has anybody used it?

shit, i might just have to change it to my own docotrs name, and practice. maybe ill try it as is first, but fix the Rx and keep it at that.
