yes.it works amazing.i have like 50 free ring tones on my cell from it.you take a song you have downloaded.pick where you want it to start and where you want it to end (30 second max) and then it takes like 3 hours to send it to your phone but dont bitch about the wait because its free and its not like you have to sit around and wait for it.just leave it alone and it will send eventually
