i'm 16, and it was this thing that you could talk to people through an interent page, typed int he number you wanted to call, they called it, it was awsome for prank phone calls because the operator had to say everything you typed, but no it has nothing to do with 911, its just i need to find the thread that had the link to the website that had the thing.
