Ok...just after the new year came. Golden was blessed with much needed snow. Kicking Horse has had 79 whopping Centimetres in the past week with still more snow coming this way. if you have experianced this kind of snow at your local hill in the past week or have enjoyed the snow at golden. tell me your stories of adventure.

well a big storm rolled through yesterday, dropping about 2 feet last night, plus about another 2 feet from the past day or so, in total, almost 4 feet of fresh. There were some strong winds, so some good wind drift.

But... The wind came through with fury, knocking over many trees, taking out powerlines left and right. Once such incident closed the highway for about 7 hours. After waiting at this closure for about 2 hours, the state patrol forced us to turn around, ultimately forcing me not to ski today. fuck

well a storm rolled through alst night dropping about 2 inches of rain on the east coast and closed my mountain awesome!

well a big storm moved in yesterday in new york which dropped 2 inches of fresh rain on the closed mountains, it was epic skiing and riding for all

castle got lots last night.
were headed out tomorrow morining. its sposed to be windy all night, so fresh lines even if it doesnt snow tonight.

wow grouse=amazing for what it is. some of the best skiing ever done there has been not this just past week but this whole season.

kicking horse is my mecca. its a 4 hr drive from me which i make as often as possible.

when i die, my ashes will be spread on terminator ridge.

i hit a cat track first hit of the day and did a really big 3 into waist deep powder an dlanded directly on my back..didnt hurt, so lats hit of the day did the same thing and tweaked both my knees

alright....according to the kicking horse website. they recevied another 43 cm over night. this brings the 7 day total to 123 cm. crazy eh?
