My friend needs help of choosing some skis

Here is his info ;)
He is 5'9"
He is 140 pounds
He will be most likely skiing 15% park, 20% groomed, 45% glades/trees, 20 percent big mountain.
And his skill level is average i guess you could say. He isnt throwing cork 9's or skiing powder switch but he can keep up to everyone easily.
He has about a 500 dollar price limit on skis.
And he would also like to know what are some good boots.

I'm not up to date on the prices for this year, however, the MSP is a ski you can use everywhere. I own them. They rule. I can't recommend another ski from experience, but there are plenty of dudes in here who can help you out.

those are just about my demensions. id say a 1080 model like the thruster or spk around 165-178. cant go wrong with a1080 boot either

He should look into some Scratch Spayer BC's. They can handle everything. I think that the scratch BC would be too much for him in the park.

As for boots? Pretty much whatever fits. Foils fit me wonderfully, but theymay not fit your friend. Just try on LOTS of boots.
