theres a buffalo jump by great falls. the indians used to run them buffaloes off of them so they could eat but then we took their land, so no jumps in montana
R u serious, there isn't any good jump lines in montana? Like no where? This is my first winter here, so i have no idea what to expect. And if there are no good jumps, anyone want to build some.
pretty much every hill in the state builds some kind of a terrain park and around every ski area are lots of places to build good jumps. Its Montana, Montana means mountains, mountains mean places to build jumps.
i just was at lolo today, built an 8 foot booter, 5-6ft wide for 3+ hours, going to session it tomorrow. Its about 35-40ft(have to clear a tree) up to a solid 65-75ft, any farther it would be hard to pull out becuz it gets flat. Really good pow up there 2. try to get pics
really good, its like a 300 yard hike, so its easy to get to, almost too much snow i would land and ski away like 6 feet. Im going to session it this weekend i think and build a tree jib. i wanna build more stuff, the kids i know here are not fully into it like i am. i would love for someone take me out somewhere so my jps can get the use they deserve.
