Has anyone read this book? Because I'm an expert procrastinator I need to write a 1000 word essay tonight or i fail english. Does anyone have a good essay idea?
people are too concerned with material posessions.if the sum of money is great enough, it will make people do things they may regret.they may lose friends, family, and loved ones because at the time, they are more concerned with the stuff they get than the people thaty are around them.they do not think that friends, famiuly, or loved ones will make them happy. they just want stuff. then, later, they are depressed, and hate them selves for what they did. money can make people do things that they may regret.
p.s. i have not read the book, but i am just judging by what you wrote.
i forgot to add, i would help but i havent read the book in soooo long so i wouldnt be able to give enough info for 1000 words. sorry bro. try sparknotes
that was my favorite book that i read during HS, and it still is. such a good book. just read the whole thing, you will miss out on sooooo many important details that you miss with sparknotes. read it and turn it in late.
Just write some crap about the struggles or something the character faces... inner struggles, outer, blah blah blah...
I never read the book either, but it seems like a pretty popular topic for essays. And you do kind of have to read the book to write on it, otherwise your teacher may call BS on your essay.
yea the book was pretty good. i read it during the summer for a book club. needless to say i dont really remember much haha. so i am zero help to u. sorry bud. if u make it through this essay (u can bs 100 words i have faith) i suggest reading the whole thing. write something about how war gives the author a different perspective on his life and family. some bs about appreciating things more. u know the usual im not worthy crap.
^^^^ o man i loved the shit field thing. not only was it disgusting... but it was cool wen he came back and saw it in the daytime and it looked completley different (obviously).
good book. but i read it a while ago so i wouldnt remember it well enough. just right about how the war hardenned him because if i remember it well it did.
